Stunning images of Scotland from the air form part of a free touring exhibition of more than 100 aerial pictures that has just opened at locations in central Edinburgh. Veteran travel broadcaster Michael Palin opened the show, which features views of the majestic Suilven mountain, the Scottish Gallery of Modern Art with its iconic sculpted lake, the Forth Bridges and the long, carved-out Glen Tilt.
