I can't remember exactly how I first happened upon Fallie's Scrapbook, but it's fast becoming a favorite read. Her laid back, minimal blogging style allows for her caprice and creativity to shine through, and Tuuli, the 12-year-old from Estonia behind it, has it in spades.
