I recently put together a sample sleep schedule for a 4.5 month old client. This scheudle is approprite for 4-5 months, based on the average awake window tolerance of roughly 2 hours. By 6 months, it's about 2.5 - 3 hours . By 7 months it's for sure 3 hours and should be 2 naps, with now a forced schedule vs. awake window management.
