This knee brace at first felt very uncomfortable because it has to be put on right because if not, then it will cause a lot of pain. If too loose not enough support, therefore leg will feel heavy. Then if it's too tight, you'll cut off your circulation. Now that I started physical therapy it feels just right, but still is a BIG pain to put on/off.
