I was up at silly o'clock this morning so an early morning visit to the allotment to water, erect the onion drying rack extension to the shed, harvested the onions and hung them on said rack. All in all a good but very hot couple of hours on the plot this morning, on a day that's so far has been the hottest day of the year at 35C .
