Baby boy cards handmade

Today I'm going to teach you how to make a fun fold baby card!! This fun fold baby card was created while I was designing a card for a friend's baby boy.

Inspired by the many posts on this website. I folded a piece of paper in half, drew half of the onesie and cut it out to create the template to trace onto card stock with.

Happy Friday, its the weekend and I hope you are spending sometime crafting. Today I am sharing the card I made for my grandsons arrival this week. I used a old Sue Wilson embossing folders, which has tiny hearts on it. The die is from Marianne and I wanted the giraffe popping through the heart die. I LOVE balloon dies...and the heart ones are just too cute!!(I wish there would be star balloon dies, too:)!!). As I was making a card, I thought, how perfect for a wedding... I used metallic red with red hearts and silver metallic with floral design on it to die cut. I also die cut one red balloon and glossy accented it. Then a mix of shaped balloons for a baby... I used Papertrey Ink patterned paper for the balloons and white floss for the strings. And then some balloons with die cuts…

Congrats to Kharmagirl, today's SCS featured stamper. I love her style! My card is a CASE of this card of Jodi's. I kept almost everything: colors, layout (which was from a sketch challenge by Holly McMillen, aka Toy on SCS), background stamp, white gel pen dots, blue gingham, buttons.
