Please note that when I created this recipe Paleo wasn’t even a thing and grain free wasn’t either..so I did not test this recipe with almond or coconut flour OR any paleo/low carb blends.. But I can tell you that those types of blends will not work for this recipe. They will weigh the bread or muff
