Butter 60g
Caster sugar 55g
Beaten egg 50g
Milk 25g
Cake flour 65g
Baking powder 5g
Cocoa powder 15g
Baking soda 2g
Coconut flour 15g
Cherry syrup 4g
Shredded carrots 55g
Raisins  25g

Butter 60g
Caster sugar 55g
Whip until pale

Mold size: 23*5*6.5cm
Bake at 180°C (top heat) and 60°C (bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.

Method:
Butter 60g
Caster sugar 55g
Whip until to pale

Gradually add 50g of beaten egg
Add milk 25g, stir until well combined

Sift in cake flour 65g, baking powder 5g, cocoa powder 15g, baking soda 2g
Fold until evenly mixed

Coconut flour 15g, mix well

Cherry syrup 4g , shredded carrots 55g , raisins  25g

Fold in and mix evenly
