Cheeseburger Soup. This is the BEST soup recipe. You can't stop at one bowl. Great Super Bowl dish. I add more mushrooms and lighten it using 1/2 light velveeta for creamy texture and light or 2% shredded Colby jack or cheddar jack. Good with other veggies tossed in, like peas. Garnish with crumbled bacon, fresh diced tomato and sliced green onions. Enjoy!
