I 100% support bed-sharing and co-sleeping as this is what my family does. I know this is what is biologically normal for mom and baby. But, I know in this day and age it’s not for everyone. That’s okay too. 

I support you in whatever sleeping arrangements work for you and your family!

But what I don’t support is sleep training. I don’t think you’re a bad parent if you’ve done it, but the truth it breaks my heart to know babies are being left to cry themselves to sleep. 

I know it’s hard. Baby sleep can be rough, especially within their first year of life, but just letting your baby cry isn’t an option for me.
