The single location — which the organization shares with the Texas Tech Health Science Center — serves a large population spread across four different states, often leaving the medical center strained. Working closely with UMC, we analyzed their strategic plan and identified ways to promote growth.

During the health fair, 32 individuals received a free screening, as well as assistance with their benefit applications.
