Though I agreed with much of the theory of this book, my overall review is a 2 out of 5 stars.  I think there’s a good chance that much of what Sinek says is true. However, his arguments are not compelling and the book is very redundant. My final takeaway (going against my core belief that reading the book is far more productive than ‘learning shortcuts’) - if you’re curious about his theory, watch his TED Talk. Save yourself the time and money - skip the book.
