Temperate Deciduous Forest The temperate deciduous forest is one of the major biomes on Earth. The temperate deciduous forest is where we live in. It is found mainly in Eastern Canada and you will find birch, maple, and oak trees in these forests. Throughout the year, it ranges from -30 degrees to 30 degrees. The temperate deciduous forest also has annual precipitation that is distributed evenly throughout the year.

*Deciduous forests* are found in some of the most populated areas of Earth, and are home to many recognizable species, such as deer, bears and rabbits. The *biome* has considerable rainfall, and a marked difference between its four seasons.
