-Swollen Eye-    Cold Tea Bag  Soak the tea bag in water for 15 minutes, squeezing the extra water out. Then put in the refrigerator for about an hour. Take the cold tea bag and apply it to the swollen eyelid for approximately 10 minutes to reduce the swelling. Can also be done with green tea or black tea as both contain caffeine and tannic acid that eliminates retention of water.
