@Post Cereals Grape Nuts make an amaxing granola bar. You'll need: 4 cups of Grape-nuts + 1/2 cup of corn syrup + 1/2 cup of honey + 3/4 cup of peanut butter + 1 cup of sugar. Heat sugar + corn syrup + honey + peanut butter in a sauce pan just until melted ( you can also do this in the microwave ) // once melted add 4 cups of Grape-nuts and stir -and press into a dish lined with parchment paper.
