If you don’t have or you’re beginner, just do it on a normal surface. Sprint workout for soccer players! This one is a favorite of mine to work on strength, power, and anaerobic conditioning. For this workout I set the treadmill to 12 incline and sprint as fast as I can for 12 seconds. Today I did this at 12mph. I completed 10 reps total resting for 1 minute between each rep. If you don’t have a treadmill you can also just find a hill and sprint up that! #soccer #sprintworkout #soccerworkout
