Hello! My crafty secret santa this year sent me a lovely selection of stamps, including this cute hippo and birdie set. I have been itching to put these cuties onto a card, and I finally found some time to actually do so! Yay! I have been admiring this pair in blogland for a while now. I made a couple of birthday cards the other day. One is for my mother to give to my grandpa for his 90th birthday, I still have to make one for me to give him though. The other is for my brother. Here is the one for my grandpa: I used Sweet Treats for the the number candles. Hey back again with card #3 today for the My Favorite Things Camp Create 2017 event. For this card, we had to create a card using a masking technique. I chose to feature the cute little hippos from the new "Happy Hippos" stamp collection. I masked them all to make a little birthday hippo scene. I had to add some party confetti too!
