**CAVALLETTI WITH 4 POLES** I know that dreaded feeling of pulling out 15 poles on a cold dark night only to ride for 30 mins to have to drag them all back away again!! So I have created my favourite Top 8 exercises to work on and ONLY 4 POLES are required!!!! Nice and quick and easy! Work on 1 exercise per week- meaning you have 8 weeks of different layouts!!

Contact, to the average rider, seems to refer only to the contact through the rein, but really, contact is communication with your horse and the rein is just one form of that communication. There are a couple of other points of contact, being your hips and seat, your legs through your thigh and calf, and your heel and foot.
