When a long-term patient returned to her room last week, this is what she saw! The unit's nurse manager and staff took it upon themselves to collect cards for a “card shower,” bring desserts and decorate the patient’s room for her birthday. Even though she had to spend it in the hospital, we hope it will be one birthday she'll never forget!
