- 4-5 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 4 cups of water
- Optional: lemon slices or mint leaves for added flavor

-Twice a day (morning & evening)

❓How to make it?
-Wash rosemary leaves with clean water 
-Take 1 cup water for every strand ( 1strand = 1cup water)
-Boil rosemary in water for 15-20 minutes , bring it to a boil on medium flame & then let it simmer 
-Let it cool down completely
