Of course with consistent yogic practices, the intensity and the number of times we get angry keeps going down.  But the first step could be handling how we react when we feel angry. Know that we need to just “postpone our words” when anger strikes.  Doing these three steps will take only a few minutes and this can be done while you’re in the situation, while maintaining eye contact and being in the situation.  Within these few minutes itself you’ll get enough control that you’ll be able to postpone responding until you calm down.  Even this much will have a great impact on your relationships and mind.
