Julia childs scalloped potatoes

This gluten-free gratin dauphinois recipe is based on Julia Child's recipe for French scalloped potatoes, and is made with milk and freshly grated cheese.

Julia Child's Scalloped Potatoes with Heavy Cream and Cheese (Gratin Jurassien) recipe from Mastering the Art of French Cooking is one of my favorite potato side dishes. These potatoes are so rich and delicious. Perfect for fancy dinners, weeknight meals, and Thanksgiving dinner.

Julia Child’s Potato Au Gratin is made with starchy potatoes with cream, garlic, butter, salt, pepper, gruyere cheese, and optional thyme, creating a luscious, cheesy dish baked to perfection for 1 hour and 30 minutes!

Julia Child Potatoes Dauphinoise is made with full-fat cream, minced garlic, melted unsalted butter, starchy potatoes, salt, pepper, and Gruyere or mozzarella cheese. This creamy dish takes about 1 hour and 35 minutes to bake and serves 6 people.
