Grief is natural. There will be a few moments within everyone's life where there will be at least one moment when you come across grief. It can be from the death of a cherished one, the lack of a job, the stop of a relationship, or some other action that alters your life. Likewise, grief is also very personal. It is not linear. It does not follow a schedule. You may cry, grow angry, withdraw, and sense emptiness. None of this is uncommon or wrong.
