Aluminum sheet, metal wire and acrylic Edition: Unique Amaury Maillet is a self-taught artist who explored art in Provence and Saint Martin in his childhood. He honed his drawing, painting, and sculpture skills under the guidance of his great-uncle, a friend of Calder, absorbing a taste for geometric abstraction and purity. Despite pursuing studies in the hospitality industry, Maillet returned to his passion for art later in life, creating intricate mobiles that reflect maturity and precision. His works captivate with their complex yet poetic structures, inviting contemplation. Maillet's technique is flawless, echoing Calder's mobiles but with his distinctive touch. Inspired by nature's Fibonacci sequence and logarithmic spirals, his mobiles mirror the mathematical harmony found in the Ceramic Sculpture Abstract, Spiral Mobile, Wire Mobile, Metal Wire Sculpture, Abstract Metal Sculpture, Tessellation Art, Calder Mobile, Aluminum Sheet Metal, Cherub Sculpture
