Ok guys, one year ago I passed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification and last night, I passed my Pilates Instructor Certification! Will I ever put either of these certifications to use? Who knows, but I am still excited that I passed them both. The Pilates course was harder than yoga and had more focus on the anatomy of the skeletal system rather than instructing a class so that will take some extra work on my own to improve in that part. #homesteadlife #hobby #fitness #milkcows #dairyfa...
