1. Diagonal crunches - perform on both sides - 8-12 reps x 3 sets
2. Reverse pike up crunches - 8-12 reps x 4 sets
3. Side laying toe touches - 8-12 reps x 3 sets
4. Plank to knee tuck hollow bodies - 8-12 reps x 4 sets
