Pool lifeguard

Most hotels these days have a pool, whether that be inside or outside, they are still expected to follow the proper safety requirements. The hotel is not responsible for ensuring the guest's safety but its expected to operate with reasonable care. This means, if someone drowns but the lifeguard followed all procedures, the hotel/lifequard could not be sued. It is important to remember to keep a safe environment around a pool and have safe equipment available.
