best long run EVER! I’ve genuinely never smiled so much on a long run (someone actually messaged me saying they saw me running and looking so happy ). I’ve also never run so far so fast before! my marathon training has not been consistent but I’m trying not to beat myself up about it (VERY hard!) and today just brought me my love of running back
