Aug 22, 2014 - This would be my one-woman day spa set up. The facial room would be my massage/body treatment room. I would remove the cabinets from the closet and install a really good shower. The waxing room would then become my facial/waxing room. I would need to install a sink and make sure that each room is at least 80-100 sq. ft. The changing room would become my new laundry room. Then viola! The day spa would then be open for business.
1200 sf. 2 small tub rooms= facial room, bath room= duet room, big tub room= waiting lounge, one massage room into nail room other one and relax room into break room and office. Sauna into bathroom/changing room
