Our Mom always taught us to say, "No!" to strangers. "Don't take candy from strangers! Don't get in the car with strangers! Stick with the buddy system! At a park or a grocery store, there is always a threat of strangers with not so good intentions. Kids stay away from all strangers in our absence.
