Don’t assume that just because someone says they are “fine” or “great” that they really are doing okay. We all hide our struggles to some degree. We put on a good front and suffer in silence. If you have a feeling to help someone, text someone, drop off a gift, or any other prompting, don’t hesitate to follow through with it. They may seem fine, but your kindness can be like a drink of cool fresh water in a harsh desert. #passiton

Thank you to these people, for they must carry the worlds darkest moments within them, to empathize, sometimes for nothing more but to maybe listen, without a response because sometimes there just isn’t a response necessary to the pain some of us suffer...so we need to find these empathetic people, and help build them up and protect them too.
