About a week ago, I found this on pinterest: Source: Uploaded by user via Valerie on Pinterest and decided I needed to make one...cause tulle! In happy sanguine colors! So of course...why not? Supplies needed: 6 yards of 54" wide tulle (1 yard each color)- .77/yard 14" wire wreath frame- $1.79 Total cost: $6.41 Cut each yard into quarter yard (9") strips, layer and fold them a couple times (to make the cutting time shorter) and then cut into 2" strips.
