By this I mean there is a psychology behind colors meaning that the color of something can effect how you are feeling. Soft colors tend to set a clam peacful mood while bright colors can express angry or vibrant feelings. Each person can have their own feelings towrds a color and it is interesting to hear how each color makes people feel!

Labelling our emotions is the first step in dealing with them! This is harder than it sounds and many of us struggle to identify exactly what we feel, especially children!
