Even on my second van conversion, I made mistakes! These are all things I wish I would've known to avoid making tragic van build mistakes. Let me save you from them!

In the 10th video in our 2021 Ford Transit van conversion series, we framed out our walls and ceiling! First, we used M6 rivet nuts and a rivet nut tool to insert threads into the pre-fab holes in the van. We then covered the exposed sheet metal with Low-E reflective foam core for a little bit of insulation, making sure to cut out holes where we had inserted our rivet nuts. Then we used M6 35mm flathead screws to screw our plywood boards onto the walls and ceiling.
