🤯This is a significant piece of information that should be on every billboard on every highway across our entire country.

🤯It should be on every new station and all over social media.

🤯People should be sharing this with their loved ones, especially if they’re over 40 years old.

Let’s test it!

Can you move your head back and forth (fast) keeping your eyes on the target and balancing on one leg? 

You should be able to at least hit 10 reps and 30 should be the goal! 

This test is also a drill you should practice!

This drill trains a critically important reflex called your Vestibulo-Ocular Reflex. 👀 🧠 

The reflex allows you to keep your eyes on a target while your head/neck is in motion. 

Without this reflex, your brain would see the world through the lens of a very unstable camera (your eyes). Keep it healthy! Train it!
