Grubun üst segment için oluşturmaya çalıştığı hastane için imgesel tema olarak insan vücudunun muhteşem hijyenik koruyuculuğu sayesinde aşılamayan iç cephelerini belirlenmiş, daha sonra ise bu iç yüzeye tematik ilk yaklaşım olarak “Fantastic Voyage” filmindeki insan vücuduna yapılan seyahatin görüntülerindeki doku ve hücre alışkanlığı incelenerek buradan edinilen geometrinin dışındaki organik ve formları mimariye kozmetik ve fonksiyon olarak yükleyerek konsept kurgusu oluşturulmuştur.
