Using vowel tents and vowel strips have been a game changer in my classroom!

Vowels, vowels everywhere! They can be the most difficult to articulate 👄 and therefore the most important for us to practice and build automaticity!

Here are ways to play:
✨Play with a partner clap 👏🏽 tap (call out clap, tap a few times, then the short vowel sound or a word and they grab the tent according to the vowel sound)
✨Play independently (call out short vowel sounds or words and grab the corresponding sound)
