Writing area shelf. We have decided to embrace the loom band craze and provide a tray of loom bands for children to come and make them (which in itself is an excellent fine motor activity and is really encouraging the children to help and teach each other), and then write instructions of how to make them, to teach other children who don't know. The children are all loving this and are producing some great writing from it!
