Potato Masala is one item that is made often as a side for puri and a stuffing for masala dosa. Adding another vegetable like beetroot along with potatoes adds to the nutritional value of the dish. Today, I would like to share one such variation of mine – Beetroot Potato Masala.

Here I have combined crunchy radishes with potatoes and fried them together. Both the vegetables are cut in the same shape and stir-fried with some spices. The final product looks so appetizing.

Celery is a leafy vegetable which is usually consumed raw and sometimes cooked as a side ingredient to enhance the flavor and taste of the dish. Here I have used celery as a main ingredient and made a poriyal (South Indian style stir-fry) out of it.
