Not only is it one of my favorite recipes, it’s also really quick and easy to make thanks to frozen cauliflower rice. You’re simply going to microwave it according to the package instructions, and then sauté the cooked cauliflower rice for a few minutes with butter, minced garlic, and parmesan. It takes less than 10 minutes to whip up and your entire family will love it! It's delicious with chicken, steak, or seafood.
