Slimming world overnight oats. 35g porridge oats Layered with fat free yoghurt and whichever fruit you like. Pop it in the fridge before bed and enjoy a nommy breakfast in the morning. Here I used a vanilla muller light, a couple of strawberries and kiwis, one banana and some passion fruit and then drizzled some honey on top....obviously that bit is optional and needs to be syned. Enjoy :D
