MARINATED PORK CHOPS  1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. catsup 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. water Juice of 1 lemon 3 tbsp. Worcestershire 1 med. onion,minced 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. pepper  Simmer marinade for 15 minutes, cool. Pour over 6 thick cut pork chops. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. These are great on the grill.
