Just saw the movie. I have never cried so hard in my entire life, not even when I was reading the book. My friend and I legit were loud annoying balling in the theater with tissues everywhere. However it was the best movie ever.

LOVE this movie!  I think every medical student should have to see this as a part of their training in medical humanities.

Saw it twice in the theatre and now have the DVD:)  An aspiring author during the civil rights movement of the 1960's decides to write a book detailing the African-American maid's point of view on the white families for which they work, and the hardships they go through on a daily basis.

The Help
