Tester in response to Manny Robertson - Mixed media (paper, thread) Really easy and effective technique. Normal printer paper is no good as the thread easily tears through. I will try it with better quality paper maybe water colour paper.

There is really something special about the way photographer Alexander Straulino shoots a face. Be it zoomed in, cut up, or heavily dripping in paint, your everyday face turns into a bold, almost abstract statement through Alexander’s lens. IN THIS WAY, STRAULINO ANSWERS THE QUESTION WHAT IS BEAUTIFUL ON A HUMAN BEING OR WHAT MAKES IT BEAUTIFUL IN HIS VERY OWN, SO FAR UNSEEN WAY. —CITED FROM THE PHOTOGRAPHER’S OWN BIOGRAPHY
