Slimming World Hash Browns/Onion Bhajis. Found on a lovely friend's FB page. Hash Brown = Grated potato and finely chopped onion. Squeeze all the liquid out (Use a tea towel for this bit), add salt, pepper and instant potato mix to bind (Cheese onion one) mix with 1 or 2 eggs, shape into patties. Fry light a baking tray and bake at about 180/200 (fan) for 20-30 mins, turning occasionally. Onion Bhaji = onion, coriander, chilli, cumin, lemon juice, instant mash (onion one) and egg/s.
Slimming World: Onion Bhajis: Place 200g thinly sliced onion, 60g gram flour, 1 tbsp chopped coriander, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds, 1/4 level tsp baking powder in a bowl together. Season salt and pepper, add few tbsp water to form batter and coat onion. Leave to rest 15 mins, use fingers to combine make 12 bhajis cook 200c for 20 mins. Spray low cal cooking spray.
