Southern Tomato Gravy. This is a nice recipe. I sometimes use canned tomatoes or stewed tomatoes, depending on if we are having breakfast or dinner and I use an immersion blender to make it fairly smooth. There are lots of recipes out there, but this comes pretty close to the recipe I've been making for many years. It's great over biscuits, but my husband also loves it over rice.
