Clementine jelly

You can use virtually any type of juice for jelly but clementines are delicious this time of year.

Strawberry Champagne

This is the simplest recipe in the world and possibly one of the best Champagne cocktails I've ever tasted. A great way to start a summer dinner or party.

Frozen fruit smoothies

Smoothies are not only deliciously tasty but they're also perfect to have for breakfast, as they're full of goodness. Adding oats and nuts to them is great, because it helps slow down the absorption of the sugar from the fruit into your bloodstream, which gives you more energy for longer. Banoffee sundae

This pudding is delicious and, because you are making the ice cream yourself, great for dinner parties. Don't worry though, you'll see it isn't at all difficult to make. Mrs Oliver's massive retro trifle

This trifle is a Christmas tradition at our house – and it looks amazing when it's finished! It takes a bit of time but is well worth it. Make sure you allow each layer time to set completely in the fridge.

Christmas pud sundae

Christmas pudding is a leftover that is so easy to use. It doesn't lose its flavour or texture when you warm it.
