First, add olive oil to a frying pan. Then add three finely chopped cloves of garlic. Let them fry for a few seconds. Then add 600 grams of prawns. While the prawns are frying, add a quarter of the red bell pepper into strips like I'm doing. And then into very small cubes. Also cut 200 grams of cherry tomatoes. Let's just cut it in half like this. Once that's done, set it aside. Next, pour hot water into a saucepan. Add a teaspoon of salt and then the pasta of your choice. Cook for 5 minutes. Continuing in the pan with the prawns, add a teaspoon of paprika. Also add the chopped red bell pepper, salt to taste. Black pepper to taste, And let's mix. The total cooking time for the prawns should be a maximum of 8 minutes. Now add the chopped tomatoes. Also add chopped parsley and chives to taste. A tablespoon of butter. And mix again. Look how well cooked the prawns are. And so are our noodles. It's been 5 minutes. Now let's add the noodles to the shrimp. Look how delicious it is. This recipe is wonderful. It's a huge hit here at home and there's nothing left over. It's simply mouth watering. I'm going to add some grated parmesan cheese on top. And it's ready to be served. Look how wonderful it is. I marinated the steak and baking soda and cornstarch to tenderize and added dark soy sauce, oil, and brown sugar. Once fully cooked, I remove from the wok and added more avocado oil, ginger and onions first and then minced garlic and green onions so it doesn't burn. I only added the ginger for aromatics and removed after a few minutes of cooking. This is wide fresh noodles that I get from my local Asian grocery store but you can also use flat packaged noodles if you can't find it. The sauce I made is soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and a little water to hydrate the noodles. Lastly, I toss in bean sprouts and the cooked steak. And I recommend using a spatula instead of tongs because a lot of my noodles started breaking apart. The noodles are bouncy. The veggies are crunchy. The steak is savory. Delicious.
