Easy, Quick & Delicious Ramadan Recipe!! • Cut slits in your chicken legs (5kg) • Then add your marinade to your chicken: • 1 tbsp garlic & ginger paste • 3 tbsp yogurt • 1 tsp tumeric • salt (per taste) • 1 tsp red chilli powder • 1 tbsp red chilli flakes • 2 tbsp tandoori chicken masala • 1 tbsp garam masala • 1 tsp black pepper • 3 tbsp oil • lemon juice • Mix, and ensure that the chicken is coated well. • Finally cook your chicken in the oven at 170°c for around 1 & 1/2 hour (you can also cook it in an airfryer if you like) • cook in the Air Fryer at 180°C for 40 minutes • - turn the chicken over after 20 mins so that it is cooked well.
