Tuna Salad Cucumber Rolls. Cat says: Made these today and they are DELICIOUS. You dip them in a bit of soy sauce mixed with a touch of wasabi paste. I also tucked a little bit of cilantro in the roll-up. It's more work that I will realistically do for my own lunch, but perfect for a lunchbox surprise for someone else, or an appetizer.
